Il 19 luglio prossimo si potrà finalmente acquistare la colonna sonora del live-action de Il Re Leone, che vedrà Elton John e Tim Rice nuovamente primeggiare.
Il brano inedito “Never Too Late”, scritto da John, Rice e Beyoncé, sarà cantato unicamente da Elton, e punta dritto agli Oscar del 2020.
Dovesse farcela, anche Queen B conquisterebbe la sua prima agognata statuetta, in quanto co-autrice.
La colonna sonora sarà poi caratterizzato dal nuovo tema musicale di Hans Zimmer, che compose anche la colonna sonora del film originale, così come da cinque canzoni prodotte da Pharrell Williams.
Beyoncé, di fatto, canterà soltanto Can You Feel the Love Tonight, giorni fa ascoltata in un nuovo spot tv.
