Premi ogni anno assegnati a cinema e televisione da giornalisti facenti parte della International Press Academy, i Satellite Awards 2018 hanno appena annunciato le proprie nomination, con A Star is Born di Bradley Cooper clamorosamente davanti a tutti.
Addirittura UNDICI candidature per la pellicola Warner, che punta seriamente agli Oscar dopo aver sbancato i box office (quasi 400 milioni di dollari incassati).
Doppia nomination per Lady Gaga (miglior attrice in una comedy/musical e miglior canzone), così come per Cooper (miglior attore in una comedy/musical e miglior regista). Una divisione tra ‘drama’ e ‘musical/commedia’ che ricalca quanto succede di solito ai Golden Globe.
Nicole Kidman, in tal senso, ha strappato ben due candidature, per Destroyer e Boy Erased, mentre Black Panther appare follemente tra i migliori film dell’anno.
