18 (d-i-c-i-o-t-t-o) candidature in arrivo dai Billboard Music Awards 2012 per la panzerottona britannica (addirittura DUE per l’album dell’anno), favorita numero uno per i premi più importanti.
Annunciati il 20 maggio prossimo, i Billboard Music Awards 2012 vedono in rampa di lancio anche Rihanna (12 nomination), con Lady Gaga (11 nomination) e Katy Perry (10 nomination) a completare il quartetto femminile degli artisti TOP della stagione. Sfanculata Britney (2 nomination appena), rilegata alle categorie DANCE con la sua Till The World Ends, uscita il 4 marzo del 2011. Il lasso di tempo tenuto in considerazione per partecipare alle candidature è stato infatti quello 1° marzo 2011 / 29 febbraio 2012 (motivo per cui di Madonna non vi è traccia, anche se l’atroce Give Me All Your Luvin è uscita il 3 febbraio).
I premi rifletteranno ovviamente le classifiche Billboard, ovvero dischi e singoli venduti, sia fisicamente che digitalmente, nonché l’interazione streaming e sociale via Facebook,Twitter, Vevo, Youtube, Spotify e social network vari.
